THIS IS CELESTIAL!

FAMILY!
do you all know how much i love you? and do you all know how much the Savior loves you? that is the real question! its been a busy busy week, but i like busy. i am the happiest i ever have been. i love my name tag, all that it means to me. and how close i am to the savior. This morning we went to the temple and i had to take off my name tag... I WAS SAD!!!!! could you imagine after this 18 months? nope. not happening. i love people knowing who i am, who i represent, and what i am here to do. THAT is the best feeling :)

last night we had a devotional by Brother Brown. my eyes were opened and i felt it was directly toward ME. don't you hate/love that? he talked a lot about saying the Lords name in vain. no, not swearing, but how you SAY it. how you say it in your prayers- how you talk about him- how you show him. THAT is our real commitment. do you pause when you say his name? because of how sacred it is? do you PAUSE and think about what you are telling him? or do you just close it in his name because you are all done? SEE WHAT I MEAN HERE!!! its a struggle. but we all could work on that, because i wouldn't want him rushing my name :)
oh the MTC... i mean CELESTIAL KINGDOM! righteous WILLING elders and sisters SURROUNDING ME! is that not the best? we are all here to learn, to grow, to bond, but most importantly to be the best for our Savior. i see so many friends.  i feel right at home.

My companion---- OH SISTER MCKEE!!! my little new zealander! one of the few sistas that i met on facebook. thank heavens i did, she is a blessing. as well as the other sisters in my room Sister jensen and sister Bamford. from New York (SHE KNOWS KINZIE!!!!!!!) and from Australia! there accents all together are makin me for some crazy accents too. my prayers are in a New Zealand accent already. but im not complaing. Sister Mckee and i work so well together. we committed our first baptism in the first lesson with our investigator Lauren! did you know that we commit the first lesson? or try? THAT BLEW MY MIND!! I WAS LIKE WHAT?!?! ARE YOU SURE?!?!? lol. its definetely the lords work. baptism isn't the ending, its the beginning.. showing our faith.

we also taught a member the other day- Sally--- a cute ol granny. I LOVE HER! and never felt the spirit so strong. i literally FELT the spirit directing me. and that is missionary work. the spirit. i learned so much about member missionary work- and i had revelation as to how we can help the missionaries (especially the ones slacking) GO WITH THEM TO INVESTIGATORS HOUSE. ask them what you can do to help- and BE THE INVESTIGATORS FRIENDS. because missionaries wont always be there to friend them.

my DISTRICT!!! in other words, my family!!!! i love them all so so much. we had a sad day this week, an elder went home :( he just wasnt ready and thats ok!! but we all have so much fun feeling the spirit, laughing, and learning together.
sister training leaders!!!! OHHHH.. just more meetings :) but it is the absolute best. and i try to lead like the Savior. there are so many things i could tell you about being a leader, but i am still working on it :)  the new elders and sisters come today and i can't wait to show them what this is all about!!! LOVE!

Family, friends, whoever, I LOVE THIS PLACE. a mission is for everyone. i know it is. and everyone NEEDS to do it in their lives. sorry this is so long- thats only a couple things i have learned :) I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! muah muah muah! especially you toots! oooooh. my heart. my love towards him- is definetely that charity christ has for us :)
